2010-2011 SADD Events

Childrens' Book Drive, Bay Regional Medical Center (5-28-10)

Using money from our can and bottle drive fundraiser in Jaunuary, 2010, we purchased about 300 books, which were delivered to Bay-Med on Friday, May 28th, 2010. Patti from pediatrics stated that their [Bay-Med's] childrens' books were in need of replacing, which 5 other nurses, who helped take the books away, agreed. This was the first event we did in our new SADD shirts. As the first event just a day after our "out with the old, in with the new" meeting, much more can be expected from our SADD chapter in the next year.
